Financial Telemarketer

KL Gateway, Kuala Lumpur | 1+ years in outbound calling | Full-Time, On-Site

You'll be the first voice our clients hear. Make it count.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Call and follow up with potential clients who have enquired about debt consolidation services.

Listen to each caller’s financial situation and identify whether Profin Elite can help.

Schedule consultations for the advisory team when there is a genuine fit.

Maintain accurate records of all conversations and follow-ups in our system.

Hit weekly and monthly targets for qualified appointments booked.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Mandarin or Cantonese is a strong advantage.

Comfortable on the phone. You don’t read scripts. You have real conversations.

Minimum 1 year experience in outbound calling, telemarketing, or telesales. Financial services experience is a plus but not required.

Disciplined and self-motivated. You’ll be making 60 to 80 calls a day. That takes consistency, not just energy.

Empathetic. Our clients are often stressed about money. The right tone matters more than the right pitch.

WHAT YOU'LL GET
